Q: IS YOUR STORE OPEN?

A: DUE TO THE NEW GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES, AS OF THURSDAY 31ST DECEMBER 2020 OUR STORE WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE


Q: I HAVE HIRE SUITS BOOKED AND WOULD LIKE TO POSTPONE, WILL I LOSE MY BOOKING OR ANY DEPOSITS PAID?

A: WE APPRECIATE WEDDINGS ARE BEING CANCELLED OR CHANGED LAST MINUTE AND THEREFORE DATES TO HIRE SUITS WILL CHANGE TOO. ALL BOOKINGS
THAT GET POSTPONED WILL BE UPDATED ACCORDINGLY AT NO ADDITIONAL FEES. HOWEVER, IF YOU DO CHOOSE TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING COMPLETELY, OUR HIRE T's & C's 
REMAIN IN PLACE AND WILL MEAN YOU WILL LOSE ANY MONIES PAID. 


Q:  CAN I COLLECT ANY ALTERATIONS DURING THE LOCKDOWN?

A: AS THE CURRENT GUIDELINES ALLOW NON-ESSENTIAL BUSINESS'S TO OPERATE THROUGH DELIVERIES AND CLICK & COLLECT, YOU ARE ABLE TO OBTAIN YOUR
GARMENTS EITHER WAY.  PLEASE CONTACT US BEFOREHAND. ON INFO@BLOOMSMENSWEAR.COM  TO ARRANGE DELIVERY OR A CLICK & COLLECT DAY AND TIME. 


Q: MY ALTERATION/ REPAIR WAS DUE TO COLLECT AFTER 31ST DECEMBER 2020, WILL IT BE READY?

A: AS OUR STORE CLOSED FOR LOCKDOWN FROM THE END OF BUSINESS ON WEDNESDAY 30TH  DECEMBER, ANY ALTERATIONS DUE AFTER THEN MAY NOT BE COMPLETED UNTIL WE RE-OPEN. 


Q: HOW DO I ARRANGE CLICK & COLLECT IF YOUR STORE IS CLOSED?

A: AS OUR STORE IS CLOSED, YOU WILL NEED TO PRE-ARRANGE A COLLECTION DAY AND TIME WITH US. PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL ON INFO@BLOOMSMENSWEAR.COM


Q:  I NEED A SUIT URGENTLY (FOR FUNERALS, WORK, JOB INTERVIEWS ETC.)

A: DESPITE OUR STORE BEING CLOSED, WE WILL STILL DO OUR BEST TO GET YOU SIZED FOR ONE OF OUR SUITS.
