RETURNS POLICY


We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Blooms Menswear.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your items you can return them with the original packaging within 28 days of receipt to receive an exchange, credit note or refund.


The easiest way to do this is to use a pre-paid DPD Returns Label for £2.99, which you can add to your order in the checkout process.


Any returns can then be dropped off at the nearest DPD Pickup Shop.

Please ensure that you obtain a DPD Pickup Returns receipt. Unfortunately, without this, we cannot accept any claims of lost or damaged returns.

Alternatively, you can return your item to us via a postal/courier service of your choosing, at your own cost.

Simply complete the returns slip included in your order and send it back to us using your prefered method, then allow 10 working days for us to process your refund/exchange.


We only refund post charges on faulty items or items damaged during shipping, but for UK mainland orders if you want to exchange the item you will not be charged for the postage of the replacement item.


For further exchanges on the same order, or exchanges from UK Offshore locations, Europe and the rest of the world, postage charges must be paid by the customer.

Please Note: For health and safety reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund for any items of socks and underwear, hats, neckwear, pocket squares/hankies, cufflinks, belts, or gloves. This does not affect your statutory rights.
