RETURNS POLICY
- We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Blooms Menswear.
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your items you can return them with the original packaging within 28 days of receipt to receive an exchange, credit note, or refund.
- All items must be returned with the original packaging and in a saleable condition to qualify for an exchange, credit note, or refund.
- To return any items for an exchange, credit note, or refund, please, contact Blooms Menswear via telephone or email to request a returns slip. We will email you a returns slip that you can print out, complete, and include in your parcel when sending it back to the returns address stated on the returns slip.
- We advise that you return the item(s) to us via a reputable postal/courier service of your choosing, at your own cost using recorded delivery.
- Once we have received the returned item(s), please, allow up to 10 working days for us to process the exchange, credit note, or refund.
Please Note:
- We do not refund postage charges on any items that have been returned unless the item(s) is faulty.
- Blooms Menswear cannot accept any claims of lost or damaged returns.
- For health and safety reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund for any items of socks and underwear, hats, neckwear, pocket squares/hankies, cufflinks, belts, or gloves. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- When trying on shoes, please, try them on indoors on a soft carpet as we cannot exchange, credit, or refund shoe orders if the shoes or soles have been scuffed or marked in any way.
